Unwritten Law, What more can i say What an Alwsome punk band. They grew up in the little Ol' Town of
San Diego, California. Turning California's Punk Scene into a biger more rawer scene somthing that can take you and kick your
ass to Mexico and make you liston to there herritage music and get a headache and die from drinking to much
of there water beacuse of thirst and moshing to much. Cali punk scene consists of band like The Imortal the insane
The Theifs of girls underwear and guys boxers The Vandals and other punk/Meodic hardcore bands such as Pennywise and Guttermouth.
Unwritten Law has a sound not like any other punk band there slower but keep the punk sound they dont have the pounding like
you would here from an AFI but they put out some definet punk that can keep you dancing the day away. They put out there demo
in 1992 recorded at Blindfold Studios. The Demo had 6 Songs. Then in 1993 Red Eye Records Put out a 7" Vinyl called Blur
which had 3 song. After that they went on for the long run finally in 1994/5 they put out there Debut cd "Blue Room"
After that Congress desided to make an Law and Called it Unwritten law. The band was set to make a mark in So Cal Punk
Scene and take it to new limits. In 1996 Epic records put out a promo called lame it had 2 songs. Then in 96 Epic Records
released Oz Factor That same year they also had put out a single of Denied and Superman. In 1997 they put out a live album
Live in Hollyweird Only 2000 copys of it made (if you have it email me i want to steal it from you) After Epic records They
moved on to Interscope records to put out there so called best album (thats befor Elva was released) there self titled
album In 1998 On the same record lable they relesed a 4 song ep Visit To Oz in 1999. But Now in 2001 They went in wanting
to record a new albulm and go all out as possble mixing sounds and kicking ass They where rewarded on 1/29/02 When the cd
hit the stores and is topping charts and terrorizeing the Punk scenes. Elva was released and is Possably The Best Albulm of
there Carrerr and maby the best of the year.
