The True Sounds Of Liberty was formed in 1980 in Los Angeles. The band had many linup changes like any band usealy has . They put out 3 albulms in the early 80's  The self Titled Debut in 1981 and  another in 81 Dance With Me. In 1982 they relesed Beneath The Shadows. They where evolving into one of the greatist hardcore punk bands of all time then in 86 they released Revenge. People where taking to them like they where Black Flag or Bad Brains.  There cds barley hit the music charts they where a band that had good music but not a huge fan base intel 1990 but befor that in  87 they reased Hit and Run then in 1990 the albulm that helped them grow biggar and badder  Strange love came out and then it was over. people thought the Legecy was over but it wasint in 2001 they where back released Disappear possably there best alblum yet.
